Parish Pastoral Council
Mission Statement
To advise and support the pastor of St. Thomas the Apostle and provide leadership, counsel, resources, and encouragement for the spiritual and economic development of the parish.
Our goals are to:
- Assist in the development of a future vision for the parish
- See that current and future parishioners feel welcomed
- Encourage and support the youth ministry
- Prayerfully discern the spiritual and economic needs of the parish and serve as a consultative body to the pastor to guide the life, ministry, and worship of the parish
- Nurture a social justice outreach program
- Serve as a vehicle for constructive dialog between the pastor and the parish
- Identify and call forth the gifts and talents of the parish
Parish Council Meeting Information
Parish Council generally meets the last Monday of the month at 7pm in Room 102.
Meeting are open to all parishioners.
